I am pleased to announce that we have been awarded a new T32 training grant from the NIH/NIMHD titled “Increasing and Diversifying Future AI-Precision Nutrition Research Workforce.”

This program is a partnership between Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) and the Children’s Nutritional Research Center at Baylor College of Medicine. Our goal is to train Ph.D. students and post-doctoral fellows in precision nutrition research, equipping them with advanced AI and machine learning skills.

As a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), PVAMU is uniquely positioned to significantly improve diversity in the future workforce of precision nutritional research.
